Ordering Gondwana Online products Online is designed to be as simple as possible, while striving for maximum security and privacy for all your details.

Collecting and use of Personal Information
We collect personal information submitted by you to manage and deliver your order or as part of an entry to a competition or product review. We do not disclose this personal information for any other purpose. Personal data collected from you for the purposes of processing an order is collected via a server using SSL encryption technology.

We will disclose personal information such as your delivery address to a delivery service provider (i.e. a courier or postal service). We also retain your order details so we have a record of your order should you wish to return or exchange an item at a later date.

If you select to pay by Credit Card, some of the information you enter during order processing, such as the order number, your name and address and the order amount are passed to Paymate� for the purposes of completing payment via the Paymate� payment service. You should therefore also review the privacy and security policies of Paymate� at www.paymate.com.au.

We will only publish personal information with your consent (e.g. if you win a competition) and then only in part (eg. The winner is J. Citizen of Melbourne, Victoria). We do not publish personal information for any other reason without your consent.

Under no circumstances will Gondwana Online sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.

Email Subscription Lists
We currently maintain an email subscription service. This service is provided to you to communicate product information, special events and offers that may be of interest to you.

Our email subscription service is an 'opt-in' system. You may unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to us simply using the subject header "unsubscribe".

Collecting Anonymous Information
We automatically collect general website traffic information (such as how many people have visited the site, most popular pages etc). This information is collated into aggregate results in order to evaluate our service and business practice in an effort to improve our site and provide you with the best possible service.

We may share non-personal, aggregated information with our suppliers or partners for research purposes. We will never identify or disclose individual customers or visitors information or purchases but may disclose how many customers bought a specific item or used a specific service such as an email list.

Cookies
For added convenience, we have employed a "cookie" system for our website. A "cookie" is a small file placed on a customer's machine which allows them to operate the shopping cart and makes our site easier to use.

Email Addresses
We will store your email address if you: send us a query; place an order or subscribe to an email list. Your email addresses is used for the purpose you provide it for and statistical information.

Credit Card
Credit card information is NOT received by us in either Encrypted or Unencrypted form. When you opt to make your payment by credit card using the Paymate� option, part of your order details are transferred to Paymate�. Your credit card details are entered and processed via Paymate�'s secure servers. You can find more information about Paymate� and their security and privacy at www.paymate.com.au.

Third Parties
Gondwana Online never sells personal or anonymous information to third parties.

Our aim is full compliance with the Trade Practices Act 1974, state based Fair Trading Acts and Sale of Goods Acts, the Consumer Credit Code, the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 the Information Privacy Principles set out in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988; and the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Cth).
